Good to know

Common questions.

Quick answers to the things visitors ask most.

Is parking available at the hospital?
Yes. On-site parking is available for patients and visitors, with a clearly marked drop-off point near the main entrance for anyone who needs help getting in.
Can an attendant stay overnight with a patient?
One attendant is welcome to stay with each admitted patient. The nursing team will let you know where to wait and rest, and quiet is kept on the wards through the night.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, UPI, debit and credit cards. For insured patients we offer cashless billing through major TPAs and the Ayushman Bharat scheme, settled directly with your provider.
Can I bring food for an inpatient?
Patient meals are provided as part of the stay and are planned around medical needs. Please check with the nurse before bringing outside food, since some conditions and procedures call for a specific diet.
How does discharge work?
Your doctor confirms the discharge, the billing desk prepares the final account and the team hands over your prescriptions and follow-up plan. We aim to complete it the same morning so you can head home without a long wait.
